We couldn't figure out why everyone was on the wrong side of the road. Hopefully, they will just assume that Tony is wasted. It seems reasonable.
I'm just imagining Thor driving on the wrong side in the US. Because clearly everyone drives (or rides) on the left in Asgard. It's just good sense.
