This helped me a lot in early 2017 when Trump had just been elected, and I am hoping we can get the same feeling going again, after the UK election was such a shock.

Connections are important when it feels like the world is getting darker. Fandom is a huge and strong network of people. We don't always get along, but we're stronger together.

Make new friends, reconnect with those who have drifted, enlarge your circle, and know you are not alone.

Active/primary interests or fandoms: Stargate SG1 & SGA (Jack/Daniel, John/Rodney, John/Cameron). Seriously, never get me talking about Stargate, Riley Smith or Raintown, because you will never shut me up.
I'm also currently flailing a lot over MCU, Good Omens, Rocketman, Prodigal Son and Star Wars.
I watch... a lot of TV, it's probably my main hobby, but those are the ones I'm in fandom for/fannish over. Other than that, I read, I bullet journal, I cook, I go to concerts and conventions.

If you've seen me around, it's probably because: I have been in various online fandoms for a smidgen over twenty years, everything from Vampire Chronicles, Savage Garden, Sentinel, Good Charlotte, Kane.. and I've always used badfalcon as my username.

I post about: Pretty much any/everything that goes through my head- fandom, real life, work, physical & mental issues, books, tv, music, random pictures of pretty people being pretty.

I post/check my feed: daily. I've fallen out of the habit recently but working to get back into it
I want to find people that post about: I love hearing people talk about the things that make them excited, be it fandom or a recipe or a subject matter I know nothing about. I love slice of life daily blogs. I also love sharing the squee of shared fandoms.

I remember you from LJ Stargate fandom maybe? I was pretty into that even though I mostly lurked/commented on discussion posts and didn't get to a ton of writing. It was late in high school or very early in college for me. It comes and goes from the front of my consciousness, but I still have a big place in my heart for Jack/Daniel and SG-1.

I'm into Good Omens and the MCU and (sort of) Star Wars also. Adding you and if you added me back that would be cool.
