Date: 2017-09-02 12:40 am (UTC)I keep thinking of all of the things the government could have spent this money on, other than encouraging people to put up posters and broadcast adds full of slurs and nonsense. Schools! Roads! Shelter for the homeless! Saving endangered species! They could have just passed the law and bought everyone who wants to get married a 'congratulations' cake!
