Active/primary interests or fandoms: I read outside my fandom like 90% of the time, but with that said: Stumptown, The Good Place, Person of Interest; Ann Leckie, Zen Cho, Martha Wells, Yoon Ha Lee, Rose Lemberg, Courtney Milan; language, psychology, worldbuilding, ethics, animals; roleplaying, interactive fiction, and indie computer games.
If you've seen me around, it's probably because: I used to be pretty active in Person of Interest fandom, and lately I've been putting up the episode reaction posts on
I post about: fannish things mostly, with a side order of social justice thoughts. Occasionally I post about mental health issues or transgendery things.
I post/check my feed: Lately I've been posting around twice a week, and I check my feed nearly every day.
I want to find people that post about: what you've been reading, watching, playing, or making lately, fanworks definitely included; social justice; thinky thoughts about pretty much anything! I always crave delicious meta. Shared fandoms are a plus, but not a requirement.
I am most interested in interacting with people on: Dreamwidth, or even old fashioned email if that's your style!
My blog is: 100% public except for a few old private posts. I do give access reciprocally, though, just because I find symmetry pleasing.
Anything else you need to know about me: I'm a bit shy but very friendly! If you ever need me to do something differently, please feel free to ask -- no request too large, small, or idiosyncratic. I'm a bit of a Myers-Briggs geek, in basically the same way some people are Hogwarts houses geeks. For the last couple of years I've had fun DMing a tiny D&D campaign for a party of one. Fannishly, I read in a wide variety of genres, but I tend to have a particular fondness for angst, whump, and generally doing terrible things to lovely characters.
