Leaf-Mould Fairy Princess
May. 31st, 2018 07:47 pmOn the weekend, I broke a trowel and a shovel turning over one of the garden beds, but then I swept the deck of dead leaves to enable
lilacsigil's love affair with compost which disturbed all the leaf-mould-eating ladybirds. So I sat in a cloud of black and yellow ladybirds and felt like a fairy princess. A leaf-mould fairy princess, so glamorous.
I've got my fic for Exchange of Interest posted, plus one treat and another one or two coming down the pipes in the next few days. I got bitten by a plot bunny, which is all good except the last thing I need is another wip. Here's the list of requests, if anyone is interested: Exchange of Interest requests. The timetable for the exchange is at
poi_fanworks.
I am dithering on my
wipbigbang, I need to get it going.

Amazing vid by
bironic. So good. I cried. (Which might be the meds, but I'm going to lean into it here.)
- For Aussie writers/people active in Aussie evening timezones,

Via
miss_s_b, one of those brain/thinking lists where I can tick basically every box, plus some strategies for heading them off. (It might be the medication taper, but lately I am having a big mood crash as soon as the sun goes down.
lilacsigil just said "I kind of want to fight you for being mean to you...")
When the Way You Love Things Is “Too Much”; or: Why I Went to Portmeirion
Via The Rec Center again. I went in for the autism story, I came out wanting to watch the show. (Which seems to be on Youtube: The Prisoner 01 Arrival, but you know I'm going to be watching the 2005 version with Jim Caviezel: The Prisoner Ep.1 Arrival (2009). As soon as I have time.)
