Ugh, Christmas Eve kills me every year

st_aurafinaIt is representative of my day that I just processed a prescription for Valium, on which the doctor had written 'Take one tablet when all else fails'.

Yuletide Madness is on! I have a few plot bunnies to thrash out tonight, provided I don't fall asleep. If there's anyone out there writing one for me, my Dear Santa letter is here.
Ugh. Be nice to the people in the shops, internet folks. Be polite and patient, and everyone will have a better experience. And if you're going on holiday, take your medication with you, or at the very least, know the names of your medication, so your holiday pharmacist can help to track down what is keeping you alive.
ETA: The butcher gave away our lamb roast to someone else! Ai! But we're going to have beef instead. He was very kind, and came across to apologise to us, which was very nice of him, and he was very upset about it. Beef will be nice, and I can make nice gravy to go with it, and drink red wine.
