Ficathon update:
Remix is 2/3 done, and the end is plotted, but I've put it aside to work on summers_fling, the plan for which is unravelling like a ball of yarn. Or a bowl of spaghetti. *grabs at loose ends* It will be okay. It's going, at any rate.

Tooth update:
I now have a retainer to keep the gap between my teeth open for the implant later this year. I feel like a teenager. It's revolting, but after four days of wearing the damn thing, I've stopped gagging every five minutes, which is sweet, sweet relief, let me tell you. *sulks*

I really want to make a voice post but there's no voice posting from Australia. I want to prove that Ravenclaw and Gryffindor do actually rhyme. Because I am drunk, and one should post when one is drunk. Apparently. This I have learned from Livejournal.

However, I was not drunk enought for Howl's Moving Castle to make any sense at all. Why were they at war? What was with that war and all the scary bird people and the weird flying ships with the bombs? And why did they let the evil witch live in the castle with them? This makes no sense. Also, Blythe Danner is always evil, this is true.

X-Men evolution makes much more sense except that Rogue is flying in the air with a skirt on. THis is not smart at all. There's like a whole lot of sniffing going on with Creed and Logan. They really ought to sort that stuff out.

Gryffindor rhymes with Ravenclaw. And, um, lots of things like floor, and paw, and coleslaw. But not with pants.

At least in a post that isn't a voice post, you can't hear my incredible new speech impediment with my new retainer. Even when I'm sober I sound drunk.
