I've only seen the first episode, but aaahhh!!! It's pretty great so far. Gonna be watching it with a friend once we finish up the show we're currently watching, and I can't wait for more of it.

Yeah, I think Saira is my fave. She does stoic woobie in a way that I find especially enjoyable. I just want to watch more show forever and ever, and it's killing me that we will have to wait a year, even if we ever do get more.

So far, I have registered my Peacock account and am hoping to dive into my watch this week! This looks so good. I was sold on the look of it, sight unseen, but now you tell me the punk music is also good and I'm so grabby-hands now!

God, yes. I loved it so much. Give me all the Saira backstory, give me her friendship with Bisma; give me more about Taz's awesome wheeling and dealing; give me awkward Ahsan and Amina feels; give me Ayesha finding someone worthy of her awesome energy. Give me all the vids in the world. Do you want icons? I can make icons. Does anyone want an icon?

So basically yes. I feel like that about a show for the first time in forever. I've watched some amazing things in the past 18 months but only this one has triggered that 'OMG, give me all the things' feeling.

Saira is my angry perfect punk queen, and her utter bewilderment at the sleepover at Amina's house was so wonderful. Her reading to her sister, ugh, my tears. Her asking to come home. God.
